This is a story about a man called Chief Ekeoma a successful businessman the Proud CEO of Horizon Communication, despite all these achievements lacks one thing a son though he already have daughters from his marriage with Onome but he is in need of an heir.

There were so many characters in this book but here are some of them;

CRITIQUE
This story is a very remarkable one and the author Syndey Aneke Chukwuemeka though he had no background in English and Literature was able to write this book, that I must commend.
The story is very unique, it is different from the everyday story you read this story is centered on how a wealthy man struggles to reclaim his lost son and the hurdles he has to cross to achieve his only wish for a son.
In the book the author made use of some literary techniques like flashback, there were a lot of Igbo idioms, proverbs and words. The Nigerian society in the 1970’s was pictured well in the book, there some Pidign language words in the book and they were few Yoruba and Hausa words that were included in the book, it was truly African and each chapter was always exciting to read.
Now as much as I commend this work there are some reservations I have to comment on like there were some grammatical errors, repetitions, wrong use of adages and sayings and there were errors in the number of chapter like the chapter numbers of 24 and 25 were repeated in the book more than once, though each of these chapters had different contents.
This book is definitely interesting I must confess I enjoyed every part of it and I recommend this book to everyone, this is a story you have to read it covers all areas ranching from Religion, Traditional beliefs, Education, Politics, Romance, Love and many more things, so I encourage you to keep a date with this book it is really nice.
